Reparaturen

Wie läuft die Reparatur ab?

• Bestellung auslösen und Zahlung tätigen. Ja richtig in älteren Artikelbeschreibungen steht, dass die Zahlung erst nach der Reparatur durchgeführt werden soll. Dank einer Änderung von Ebay, muss leider jetzt die Zahlung unmittelbar nach Bestellung durchgeführt werden. Die alten Artikeltexte werden nach und nach aktualisiert.
  
  
• Nach der Zahlung der Mainboard-Reparatur bitte das SERVICE-FORMULAR (zum Aufrufen bitte anklicken) sorgfältig ausfüllen und dem Paket beilegen.
  
  
• Ihr Gerät mit dem Netzteil stoßsicher verpacken und an die untenstehende Adresse einsenden.
   
• Nach dem Ihr Notebook bei uns eingegangen ist, setzten wir Sie darüber per E-Mail (service@electronicloop.de) in Kenntnis. Bitte auch im Spam-Ordner nachschauen. Die Benachrichtigung wird an die bei Ebay oder im Shop hinterlegte Email-Adresse versendet.
   
• Nach dem der Reparatur-Auftrag durchgeführt worden ist und Ihr Gerät versendet worden ist, setzen wir Sie darüber per E-Mail (service@electronicloop.de) in Kenntnis. Bitte auch im Spam-Ordner nachschauen. Die Benachrichtigung wird an die bei Ebay oder im Shop hinterlegte Email-Adresse versendet.

Wie lange dauert die Reparatur?

Zurzeit dauert die Reparatur in der Regel 3-4 Wochen zzgl. Paketlaufzeiten.

Wird ein Austausch des Mainboards vorgenommen?

Nein ein Austausch des Mainboards wird nicht vorgenommen. Ihr Mainboard wird auf der Komponentenebene repariert.

Kann ich nur das Mainboard einsenden?

Bei diesen Laptops können Sie nur das Mainboard mit der CPU und dem Kühler einsenden:

Was passiert, wenn das Notebook nicht repariert werden kann?

In diesem Fall wird eine Rückversandpauschale von nur 8€ für Deutschland bzw. 19€ für die EU berechnet, was mehr als fair ist.
In diesem Fall können Sie die Rückversandpauschale HIER begleichen.

Gibt es eine Garantie?

Ja. 6 Monate Garantie auf durchgeführte Reparaturarbeiten und ausgetauschte Bauelemente.

Was ist, wenn mein Laptop andere Symptome aufweist?

Sie können Ihr Gerät zu den folgenden Konditionen, ohne eine Raparatur zu bestellen, einsenden:
In der Regel kostet die Mainboard-Reparatur ca. 129EUR (bei Macbooks und Gaming-Laptops 249EUR) inkl. Kühlsystemreinigung + 6EUR Rückversand (für EU 19EUR).
Bei übersteigenden Kosten werden Sie vor der Ausführung gefragt und können immer noch entscheiden ob die Reparatur durchgeführt werden soll oder nicht.  

Sollte die Reparatur nicht erfolgreich sein, entsteht nur eine Rückversandpauschale von nur 8EUR für Deutschland bzw. 19EUR für die EU, was mehr als fair ist.

Zum weiteren Reparaturablauf bitte unter der Frage "Wie läuft die Reparatur ab?" nachschauen. Dabei kann die Aufforderung zum Kauf / zur Bestellung ignoriert werden.

Je nach Modell kostet der GPU-Austausch:
- bei Standard-Laptops  139EUR - 179EUR
- bei Gaming-Laptops 199EUR - 289EUR
- bei Macbooks 199EUR - 289EUR

Sollte die Reparatur nicht erfolgreich sein, entsteht nur eine Rückversandpauschale von nur 8EUR für Deutschland bzw. 19EUR für die EU, was mehr als fair ist.

Kommen weitere Kosten auf mich zu?

Werden Reparaturen aus nicht EU-Länder angenommen?

Wir können Geräte in ein nicht EU-Land versenden, jedoch müssen Sie sich selbst um die Zollabwicklung kümmern. Alternativ können den Gesamtwert inkl. Versand auf unter 21€ deklarieren.

Repair Service

How does the repair procedure work?

• Place an order and make the payment. Yes, in older article descriptions it says that the payment should only be made after the repair. Due to a change on Ebays end, payment must now be made immediately after the order. The old article texts will be updated bit by bit.
  
  
• After payment for the mainboard repair service, please fill out the SERVICE FORM (click to open) and print it out.
  
  
• Please send your device with the ac-adapter and the service form to the address listed below.
   
• After your device has been received by us, we inform you about this by e-mail (service@electronicloop.de). Please check also in the spam folder. The notification will be sent to the email address stored on Ebay or in the shop.
   
• After repair and shipment of your device we inform you about this by e-mail (service@electronicloop.de). Please check also in the spam folder. The notification will be sent to the email address stored on Ebay or in the shop.
   

How long does the repair service take?

At present the repair service usually takes 3-4 weeks shipping time additional.

Will the mainboard be exchanged?

No the mainboard will not be exchanged. The mainboard will be repaired at component-level.

Can I send only the mainboard?

For these laptops, you can send the motherboard with the CPU and the heatsink only:

For other laptops we need at least: CPU, cooler, power button, display with display cable, HDD cable and DC jack.
If you have battery problems, please send the battery too!

What happens if the laptop can't be repaired?

In this case we will charge you a back shipping fee, 8€ for Germany and 19€ for EU. Which is more than fair.
In this case, you can pay the return shipping fee HERE.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. 6 month warranty for work done and parts changed.

What if my laptop has other symptoms?

You can send in your device at the following conditions without ordering a repair:
Usually the mainboard repair costs approx. 129EUR (for Macbooks and Gaming Laptops 249EUR) incl. cooling system cleaning + 6EUR back shipping (for EU 19EUR).
If the costs are higher than this, you will be asked before execution and can still decide whether the repair should be carried out or not.

If the repair is not successful, a return shipping fee of only 8EUR for Germany or 19EUR for the EU will be charged, which is more than fair.

What if my notebook is not listed?

You can send in your device at the following conditions without ordering a repair:

What are repair costs for a defective graphics chip (BGA chip)?

Depending on the device, the GPU replacement costs:
- for standard Laptops 139EUR - 179EUR
- for Gaming Laptops 199EUR - 289EUR
- for Macbooks 199EUR - 289EUR

In case of additional costs you will be asked before execution and can still decide whether the repair should be carried out or not.

Are there any other costs for me?

Provided that:
- your laptop has no liquid damage or fall damage
- your laptop has the same symptoms as described in the offer
in most cases no further costs are incurred.

In the remaining cases (defective graphics chip, northbridge, PCH, display and other costly defective spare parts) additional costs are incurred for the spare parts. In case of additional costs, however, you will be asked in each case whether the repair should be carried out or not. Should you refuse the repair, we will charge you a return shipping fee of only 8EUR for Germany and 19EUR for the EU. Which is more than fair.

Are repairs from non-EU countries accepted?

Only under certain conditions!
1. if you declare your package with the device under the total value of goods (including shipping) under 21€, then you can order the repair and send us your device from a non-EU country.
2. if you have the possibility to send your device to us from a neighboring EU country (e.g. Switzerland from Austria or Germany or UK e.g. from Ireland), then you can order the repair and send your device to us.

Parcels that are sent to customs will not be accepted, because it is extremely bureaucratic to "release" the equipment from customs.

We can send devices to a non-EU country, but you have to take care of the customs clearance yourself. Alternatively you can declare the total value including shipping to less than 21€.
