I am more surprise with the customer services than the pen. The pen is beautiful and 100% authentic. I communicated with the seller regarding certain information about the pen. The seller responded quickly and answer all my questions. Once I got the pen I had couple more questions and was answer within the same day. I was surprise with the response since I'm in California and the store is in Germany. The pen is perfect and gorgeous. I do recommend this seller and shop with confidences.
