and Item name in resellable condition - please use Royal Mail Second Class delivery to return products with the recommendation of posting via Recorded delivery so you can track and trace your product. Also, please clearly state what size you require or if you

exchanges will cost a postage cost of £6.99 for UK
customers. Please note that international customer charges vary according to
their countries’ postage.

After 28 days of receiving the product(s), if you find that the product(s) are not up to its manufacturer's warranty you can:
i) Send the product back to the manufacturer (normally a manufacturer's warranty card comes along with the product)
ii) Send the product back to us and we will send it to the manufacturer on your behalf (however, there will be a small P&P charge- please ask beforehand if you require this service.)
