This company's first class products, reasonable prices, and awesome customer service stand as an example of what is possible, but rarely achieved in business. It is a good cello. I unpacked it, set the sound post, put good used strings on it, tuned it up, played it until the strings stabilized, then as a member in a community orchestra section, performed the Lalo cello concerto and a rather obscure Requiem piece. The string intonation held up through the performance and the cello was easy to play. The included bow was good.
